With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, Daniel brings unmatched expertise and dedication to every project. Whether it's an addition, renovation, or a brand-new build, Daniel’s deep understanding of building science and his keen eye for the subtle details that make a house feel like home ensure exceptional results.

Growing up, Daniel spent countless hours on job sites along the East Coast with his dad, gaining hands-on construction knowledge from an early age. He went on to graduate from Virginia Tech with degrees in Architecture and History. As a licensed Architect, his portfolio spans a wide range of projects—from pro bono work to large-scale developments exceeding nine figures. While his expertise in both commercial and residential construction is extensive, Daniel’s true passion lies in residential architecture, where his meticulous attention to detail truly shines.

Daniel thrives on the challenges of the design process and values the collaborative relationship between owner and architect, recognizing it as the foundation of every successful project.
